How to work with arrow tool
The arrow tool allows you to select entire objects by clicking an object or dragging to enclose the object within a rectangular selection marquee. Besides that, it can drag the object and reshape a line or shape outline
Step 1
Click the arrow tool
Step 2
Drag the mouse to select the object
Step 3
After select the object, move it by the mouse
