How to work with transform panel
Transform Panel is use to create a scaled, rotated, or skewed copy of an object.
Step 1
Select the object going to be rotates.
Step 2
Choose Window and then click Transform
Step 3
The panel will display. Type the value in the Rotate radio box.
Step 4
Click the Create Copy button in the Transform panel (the left button in the bottom right corner of the panel).
The copy of rotate have create as picture below:
